C.D. PRODUCTS SA, a Spanish Company located C/ Kanna 2 , 28400 Collado Villalba de Madrid is the sole owner of the “TPMS CDP” services.

 In accordance with the prevailing legislation in Spain for data protection as well as for services related to the information society and electronic commerce, the user accepts that all data captured, for the access to any of the TPMS CDP services will be incorporated into the holders file of this company, with the purpose of providing the service. The user agrees that C.D. PRODUCTS S.A. may store and use the captured user data ,to provide the service.

 C.D. PRODUCTS S.A., complies with the 11 July law (34/2002) for services related to the information society and electronic commerce. By accepting this privacy policy you give your explicit consent to be sent advertisements and commercial communications via e-mail, mobile phone or any equivalent means.

 C.D. PRODUCTS S.A.   engages to comply with its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to treat them confidentially, and assumes all technical, organizational and security measures to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or non authorized access, in accordance with the established Organic Law 15/1999 on 13th December for data of a personal data, together with any other relevant legislation.

 Location based information that we collect

As "Anonymous" user, when you use your mobile device with a copy of the Application installed, TPMS CDP may collect your location and route information. TPMS CDP. uses that information to provide you and other users with our Services TPMS CDP  may make further use of your location and route information by providing you information about apeed cameras and and other points of interest in your close vicinity.

TPMS CDP may also use your location and/or route information to create aggregated anonymous data and to use such data in accordance with this policy. TPMS CDP will make commercially reasonable efforts to permanently remove or obscure your identity from your location or route information that is used for aggregated purposes.

Opting out of location information services by uninstalling the Application

At all times you may uninstall the Application, by using the Application's uninstall option, or by using the programs removal feature of your operating system. Following the uninstallation process, TPMS CDP will not be able to collect any further location based information from you, or provide you with location based information about speed cameras or other points of interest in your close vicinity.

App usage information that we collect

TPMS CDP may also collect app usage information to create aggregated anonymous data and to use such data for improving TPMS CDP services.
